Service Tiers (Hourly)

Next Available: calls that don't need a same day response.
Same Day: calls that need response the day of.
Emergency Service: Any call that needs same day response received after 2pm on Weekdays or anytime on Weekends.

  • All our service rates are on an hourly basis.

  • Service calls are on a time & materials basis.

  • To ensure we provide you with the best possible service, please talk to our service department representatives and explain what the problem is. We use this information to inform our technicians what to expect when they arrive at the job site.

  • Next Available service calls do not guarantee you will see our technicians the same day.

  • Same Day service must be called and scheduled before 2:00pm. *Las Vegas Valley only*

  • If you live outside the Las Vegas valley, we need to schedule with you in advance. If you need a technician to respond the same day you call, you will be listed under the Emergency Service tier.

  • Emergency Service rates are for calls that need to be responded to immediately.

  • Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
